Hey Dan, are there restrictions if I buy in Hualalai Four Seasons about renting out my home,
particularly if I'm not living there full-time? I'll answer that coming up next.
Yeah, the question came in to the Hawaii team this week about renting out a place in Hualalai
Four Seasons if you bought one there. And is there flexibility or are there any restrictions
about renting it out? And that is one of the resorts where you can do short-term vacation
rentals and there's really no restrictions. There may be, if you look at certain areas or
certain subdivisions within Hualalai Four Seasons, if you look closely at their CC&Rs or their
house rules or bylaws, there might be a five or seven day minimum. But you'll have to check it
for each individual subdivision within Hualalai Four Seasons. But for the most part, really no
restrictions. It's one of the few really super high-end luxury resorts where you can do short-term
vacation rentals. You can't do it in Kohanaiki and you can't do it in Kukio. You can do it farther
north than the other resorts. You can do it in Waikoloa Beach. You can do short-term rentals
in Manalani and you can do it in Mauna Kea. But when you talk about the big three closer to town,
Four Seasons, Kohanaiki and Kukio, it's only the Four Seasons. And there's some gorgeous homes.
There's some just absolutely beautiful homes in there and some terrific villas and condos. So
