Report contradicts White House claims of Operation Southern Spear's success

President Donald Trump has said more than a dozen times that boat strikes have cut maritime drug trafficking by as much as 98%. But a Washington Post investigation has found the strikes have not reduced how much cocaine is reaching the U.S. Instead, it found traffickers have begun using new smuggling strategies and suggests there may be even more cocaine in the U.S. than before the operation began.
