Spending a summer alone in northern italy to rediscover my creativity

Ciao tutti! i'm back with another solo travel vlog from my italian summer, and this time i'm coming to you from fair verona... one of my favourite cities in the world. i spent two weeks alone in verona, in the heat and humidity at the very beginning of summer, and challenged myself to a creative reset.

i've always found my time alone in italy to be inspiring, but this has been the first trip i've spent such an extended amount of time solo. alongside my usual activities of wandering the streets, finding beautiful cafés to sit and people watch, and eating good food, i decided to treat my time in verona as a self-guided artist's residency. to me that looked like dedicating my days to reading, writing, and sketching -- and not much else.
