Attorney and Expert in Self Defense, Andrew Branca, gave an analysis on the ICE Agents shooting of Alex Pretti. His conclusion was that the Agents were in the right. Pretti with a gun in his pocket was antagonized the ICE Agents. When he was tackled he reached into his pocket. Seeing that he had a weapon, the Agents Rightfully took no chances and shot him. Pretti basically Played Stupid Games And Won Stupid Prizes.
