6 Months into Sewing in 2026 -- Here's What Happened

It’s July, so I’m sitting down for a midyear sewing check-in: what I’ve actually sewn so far in 2026, what still hasn’t happened, and what I’m planning for the next few months.

I’m talking about finished projects, unfinished plans, sewing when life gets busy, and why you are not behind just because your January sewing plans didn’t go exactly as expected.

Sometimes projects need to sit for a while. Sometimes you need to push through. And sometimes the win is simply getting back to your sewing space and making a little progress.
