NTSB investigates Kenmore Air seaplane crash

A Kenmore Air de Havilland DHC-3 Otter crashed on Sucia Island in the North San Juan Islands on Thursday evening. Despite having 11 people on board, all survived the incident. The NTSB is currently investigating the cause, focusing on weather conditions, maintenance records, and radar data to determine why the aircraft went down and caught fire upon hitting the water.
