This is one of the most important churches in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built to honor Saint Paul, whose tomb is under the main altar.

The basilica is located near the Area Archeologica della Basilica di San Paolo, an archaeological site with ruins from ancient Christian and Roman history. Built in the 4th century by Emperor Constantine who is titled as the first Christian Roman Emperor, it is filled with astonishing art, incredible history, and profound spirituality.
