Oh my gosh. And looking back. Yeah. Okay. So this is an amazing, unusual, there's where I'm going to drink wine, spot. What amenities and services could possibly be on this island? You may be asking yourself. Let's check it out. Let's see what they have. Let's. Okay. There is the private island. It's not private, but you could live there. All right. What do we see here? There's an EV charging station. Yep. I see hotels. Okay. Churches. Another EV charging station. There's a grocery store. There's two grocery stores. I see a bakery. I see pizza. Nice. Properties, homes, apartments, villas. What I'm doing this week. Here we go. This one is 310,000 euro, which is how much U.S., babe? About 359,000-ish. Okay. 85 square meters, over 900 square feet for a two-bedroom, two-bath with an HHT that's obviously going to knock our socks off. Okay. I love the floors out there and I'm cooking pizza for anyone who comes. Right. It even has the typical Tuscany green shutters. Look at this. Oh my goodness. That's beautiful. This one is very interesting. You're on an island. You can take a boat to the island and access your property. There's amazing trails along the coast. It's unbelievable. Look at this. I'm going to pressure wash that, but you have very cool, interesting spaces. You do. Look at this. Beautiful ceilings. You already have the perfect paint color. Pretty floors, a fireplace and sea views. Ceilings like this with a view like that. Look at that. Oh my goodness. The question you need to be asking yourself is, could you be living your best life right here for only 310,000 euro? Yes. Okay. And I'd make an offer. Yeah. Everything's negotiable. How much is this place in Santa Barbara? Oh my gosh. Okay. There's a kitchen. It has everything you need. Let's take a look at this hallway. Here's a bedroom. There's a bedroom. This one is 250,000 euros, which is how much you ask, babe? About 290,000-ish. Okay. This one's a little bit smaller. It's 36 square meters. It's almost 400 square feet. It's a one-one. I see this one as like a vacation getaway. Okay. Are you ready to check it out? It looks like Greece from this initial picture, and it comes partially furnished. Okay.
