John Wick: Chapter 5 – The Last Name | Keanu Reeves, Denzel Washington, John Cena | Concept Trailer

They told me John Wick was dead. Maybe they were right. But when you come for the people, I swore I would protect. You don't bury a man like me, you bury a name. And sometimes, that name comes back for you. They didn't bury your name, John. They turned it into a weapon. Every assassin they trained, every life they destroyed, was built from your legend. Now they're coming for you. And if you disappear again, they'll keep using your name until there's nothing left of you. Jonathan, I watched the world believe that you were finally gone. But men like you don't disappear. They become stories. Stories become legends. And legends always attract those foolish enough to challenge them. Then let them come. I've spent years trying to leave this life behind. But if they want my name, if they want the legend, then I'll remind them why they were afraid to say it in the first place. That's the problem, John. You think this is about revenge. It isn't. Your name has become bigger than the man who carried it. So I built an army, not to kill John Wick, but to prove that the legend can survive. Even when you don't. They took my name. Now I'll take theirs.
