Videos capture waterspout before tornado warning at the Jersey shore

Severe storms swept through the Delaware Valley, causing widespread power outages, flash flooding, and property damage. A water spout was sighted in the Delaware Bay, and fallen trees impacted homes and roads in Newark and Wilmington. While thousands lost power and significant debris remains, no storm-related injuries have been reported.
