So firstly we have Prague. As the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague is known for its stunning architecture, vibrant cultural scene and rich history. Make sure to visit Charles Bridge, explore the historic Prague Castle and then visit the picturesque Old Town Square with its astronomical clock. Then we have Budapest in Hungary. Hungary's capital is often called the Paris of the East. Budapest is an affordable place to explore and there are plenty of free things to see and do here but also make sure to check out Buda Castle, the historic thermal baths and the majestic Parliament Building. Known for its well-preserved medieval city centre and Jewish Quarter, make sure to visit Krakow in Poland. Visit the main square where you can see Saint Mary's Basilica, explore Wawel Castle and from here you can also visit Auschwitz. Often overlooked, Vilnius in Lithuania is known for its Baroque architecture and another great place to explore in Eastern Europe. Spend time to explore the quirky neighbourhoods which offer a unique bohemian atmosphere. Then we have Poland's capital Warsaw.
