So this video is gonna be a bit different because you're probably used to iPhone unboxings on this
channel, and I've been an iPhone user for literally over 10 years, ever since I got my first official
phone. I've been using iPhone, but it's time to switch it up because I'm actually gonna be
unboxing the Samsung S26 Ultra. I have no idea what to expect for this phone. Is it gonna be
better than iPhone? Honestly, so many questions. I have no idea. All I know is this phone was
really expensive, basically the same price as the iPhone 17 Pro Max, so it's gonna be really fun
comparing these two phones. I will be posting a full review and day-in-the-life video with
the new Samsung S26, but for now, let's start with unboxing.
So I just unboxed the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. I just kind of wanted to do a quiet
unboxing, but this is my first impression. This is so, like, weird to me because I obviously unbox
a lot of iPhones on this channel. I literally have this one right in front of me, the pink iPhone 17e,
but I've never ever unboxed a Samsung, I think, or maybe I have, but I was really excited about
this one because it has some great upgrades and I've always been kind of curious on the whole
Apple versus Samsung debate. Like, some people obviously prefer Apple. I've always been one of
those people. I've never even thought of switching to a Samsung, but this phone is so far really
surprising me on how good it is. I haven't even opened the camera yet.
Look, it seems like it does something that's called a force enhancer.
Oh, whoops. But what it balances, like, the blur and focuses so quickly on the subject.
That is actually crazy.
And then we also have portrait, which kind of zooms in a lot. Okay, wait, we gotta also try
the selfie camera. We can choose a color tone, natural. I think I want to do this one. Okay,
and then we can turn on motion photo, which I guess is kind of like a live photo. I'm gonna
do auto, I guess. It really, like, adjusts the lighting and then you can see it, like, focuses
on my face. This is such a random picture, but let's zoom in. Wait, this quality is actually
insane. And it seems like we also have a feature here with multiple people, so it can focus on,
like, multiple people's face. I don't know if we can- oh, we can zoom out. That's really good.
First of all, I think this is the biggest screen I've ever had on a phone. It is huge. By the way,
I didn't know what unlocking method to set up, so I just did a pin code. But it surprised me
because you can set up face ID, touch ID, and a passcode, like, not only a pin code. So that's
really cool. Definitely gives you more options than iPhone. But yeah, this is the Galaxy S26
versus 17 Pro Max. I mean, the display sizes are very similar, but I do feel like the Galaxy is a
bit bigger just because you definitely have more rounded corners. Like, the screen kind of cuts
off here in the corners compared to the Galaxy where we have more of a square, sharp corners.
I think you can see the difference here. Okay, so here we have the Samsung. It is honestly so pretty.
I love this color. At nighttime, it looks so good. Actually reminds me of iPhone 15 or 14 Pro Max
color. And honestly, ever since Apple changed the design of the iPhone 17 Pro, I feel like the
Samsung actually wins. But also, I thought these would be the exact same size, but the iPhone
actually feels smaller, which is crazy because this is the 17 Pro Max. And I've been saying I
think this phone is too big for me, and now I have one even bigger. So I don't know how that's gonna
work out. But overall, the unboxing experience was a lot different from iPhones. I do actually
think Apple has a big advantage when it comes to, like, the whole unboxing experience. And the iPhone
box also looks a lot more aesthetic than this. As I said, this was only the unboxing video. I will
be filming a whole day in my life with this phone. I think we should actually do an iPhone versus
Samsung official comparison because I've always been wondering. Let me know what team you're on.
And yeah, thank you so much for watching. Bye!
