The Longest Snare Drum Roll Challenge World Record. This is an impromptu video that was recorded for this challenge. James Riles III, the owner and director of Atlanta Drum Academy decided to have this recorded, while he was driving.

The snare drumroll(double stroke) is the MOST POPULAR drum rudiment in the world. The next most popular is the single stroke roll. You can hear this done in all types of drumming and music and it's used heavily in the Drum Line community. When it comes to playing percussion or drums, this is one of the first things drum students want to learn in their drum lessons. Nick Cannon did it on the movie drum line , InTime Percussion and Sdjmalik both did this challenge as well recently.
