Learning A Drum Line Cadence With Atlanta Drum Academy. Mr.Smith from In Time Percussion is teaching a Drum Line cadence to the students of ATL DRUM ACADEMY Dekalb Campus.

Learning to play drum cadences comes after gaining the basic knowledge of How To Play Drums. These talented kids of ATL DRUM ACADEMY are getting first hand knowledge of what it feels like to play on a drum line at a young age. Some of them grew up watching Nick Cannon play on the movie Drum Line and it sparked their interest. A lot of them are too young to be in their school marching band but have been blessed and have the opportunity to do so before hand.

In this clip, the kids are learning to play a cadence that is also played by the Heavy Hitter Atlanta Braves Drum Line. This cadence can be used in your favorite HBCU Drum Line or even DCI. The Riles Boys don't attend this location on the regular but they were in attendance today.
