The 5 stroke roll is a very popular rudiment used for the drum set, snare drum solos, drum battles, and can even have stick tricks incorporated(shout out to the great @sdjmalik The ATL DRUM ACADEMY uses this rudiment a lot as well. This happens to be one of Mr.Riles favorites as you can tell in this video.
