Russia says it has intensified offensive operations across multiple sectors of the Ukraine war, claiming heavy losses on Ukrainian forces and continued advances along the frontline. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, Geran-4 drones struck a cargo vessel carrying military supplies at the Port of Chornomorsk in the Odesa region, while missiles, artillery and drones targeted fuel, transport and military infrastructure across 143 locations. Moscow also said its air defences intercepted hundreds of Ukrainian drones over the past 24 hours. Ukraine has not independently confirmed these Russian battlefield claims.
