This Cabin Has The Layout You've Been Wanting

This home is going to blow your mind. We're on top of a mountain with 180 degree view of the surrounding mountains. Beautiful outdoor space. The inside is just as beautiful as well. This is a 10 out of 10 stay. We're going to be touring it. Let's go check this place out. Welcome to the Black Fox Cabin. We're in Hayesville, North Carolina. We are on top of the world here. Uninterrupted views. This is one of my favorite spots I've been to this year and probably the past couple years because it is just so, so beautiful here. No neighbors around us. Pure silence and uninterrupted views of the mountains all around us. And summer is coming. All of the leaves are onto the trees now and it's green. It's bright. We get beautiful sunsets here. That's what's happening right now. The sun is actually already set. The cabin behind is glowing. It is lit up and it is just alone up here on the mountain and it looks phenomenal. This is a one bedroom, one and a half bath stay. So when we pull up onto the property, we're on the back side of the cabin. The cabin is split into these two separate sections with a dog trot, is what I'll call it, in the middle. And this is where our back door is at. There's electric charging back here and then we can walk up to the door. And first off, this door is absolutely incredible. It's glass, it's steel, it opens up with just one finger, and it is massive. The largest door we have seen on this channel. It's a pivot door, so it's pivoting on this axis, and it shuts by itself. You don't have to worry about it. I love this detail. Immediately, this hits you in the face as luxury, as high-end, and that's what this cabin is. So let's walk inside and begin this tour. When we walk inside, we're in the middle. This is the dog trot connecting the two separate parts of this home, and this is your mud room. Large picture window in front of us to look out into the beautiful mountains. There's a bench below. You can sit here, take your shoes off. Overall, a large, bright area to set your stuff at. And we can walk to the right, and this is your first part, which is the kitchen and living room. Absolutely stunning in here. We get oak paneled ceilings, nice wood floors, black cabinetry, green tile backsplash, and of course, large windows in here as well. So we'll start in the kitchen. This middle has the large kitchen island, and the countertops are amazing. Black leathered granite countertops. I've pointed that out several times. I think it's becoming more and more popular. I love that textured look for the countertops. But we also have the sink in this island, and I know people don't like having sinks in the island. I know professional interior designers say, don't do that. But here, I think it makes sense because you can be in the sink, and you're looking out these massive windows into the nature. If you had the sink against the wall behind us, it wouldn't make much sense because you'd just be staring at the wall in your sink. It wouldn't be well lit up. So I like the sink in the island in this scenario. And now on the other side, we do have barstool seating for you and your significant other to have a massive dinner here, or breakfast, or whatever you want to do. But there is seating here for that. And now on the other side, we have the black cabinetry. Below and above, it's not painted black, it's stained black. So you can see the wood grain underneath. If you want to do black cabinets, that is the way to go. Don't paint them, stain them because it looks way more high-end, looks really nice, and it won't be chipping. A lot of times, black paint looks really cheap on cabinets. So this looks great. There's the oven in the middle, the stainless steel refrigerator here on this left side, pretty high-end refrigerator. And on the corner over here, we have the coffee nook. All of your coffee supplies are here, that same green backsplash tiling we have over here. It's nice that it's separated in its own little section. And that's everything in this kitchen. We'll continue past this kitchen, and this opens up into your living room space. Large living room, windows all around us, and I love the neutral tones we have in this living room. The TV is mounted on the wall right in front of us. We have oak cabinetry below with games. And across the room from the TV, we have a nice reclining sofa. It's not just a reclining sofa. You'll press the button, and the seat part slides out to extend for your legs. It also does that in the middle, so this entire sofa can be transformed into a movie theater-style seating situation, and it is really comfortable. It's pretty cool. I liked it a lot. And the other seating option is a bucle chair in the corner. I was correct in my last video, I said bucle chair. It's bucle, I believe. So hopefully, I'm correct with that. And the last thing in here is the half bath. So this was a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath home. The half bath is here off the living room, manning on the left, toilet on the right. It's nice having that right off the living room and kitchen section for you to use. So anyway, we'll continue back around the kitchen. We have these doors that slide open that let you go out to your outdoor space. We'll walk out here and check it all out. There's so much to explore. It's been all manicured and done professionally. Every square inch of this property has been touched and landscaped, and it's really, really nice. I love the concrete tiles they have that walk around the property for you to get around. And of course, you can walk around all the rocks and check everything out. So immediately in front of us, we have the outdoor kitchen area. There's a built-in grill, a built-in pizza oven over here, even storage below. I love this detail. And of course, it pairs with the outdoor dining table here. It's metal. It's not going to corrode or deteriorate very easily. We have two Adirondack chairs right in front of that. You can sit here and drink your morning coffee and look straight out into the mountain views. Of course, everywhere out here, we get views of the mountains. So this is your outdoor kitchen space. Off of this, we have a little path that goes out to your swing. Genius idea to include a swing here because you can be swinging off the mountain, basically, enjoying the views. Or you can face the house and swing with the house. There's two here. You and your significant other can be swinging. It'd be very, very magical here. Next to this, we do have the hammock as well. If you don't like to swing, if you don't like to cook while you're outside, you can lay in the hammock, soak up the sun, and enjoy the views and the nature here. The hosts thought of everything here, and we're not done. We can go continue on the other side now. And the main part in this middle section is your outdoor fire pit. String lights here, four seats, fire pit in the middle. They leave wood for you to use as well. Enjoy a nice cozy fire while the sun is setting. I hope I'm painting the picture for you. But we'll continue along around this part of the cabin. The path continues. And this is your wellness retreat, is what I'll call it. It is packed with all of the cool wellness amenities. Outdoor shower here on the left. Barrel sauna next to this. Cold plunge next to this one. And then we have the wood-fired hot tub on this right side to complete it. They leave the wood for you. You can just put it in the furnace here, light it up, and you'll have a nice wood-fired hot tub. It'll smell amazing. You'll get amazing views. It'll be warmed up by the time you're eating dinner or finished one dinner, and you can come out here and enjoy the sunset in your wood-fired hot tub. And if you're into the cold plunge and the sauna, that is here for you. I know that is really popular with Airbnb space these days. So enjoy all of that. We're not done with the inside. We still have this entire half of the cabin to explore. So let's walk back inside. Off of the mudroom, we can walk through this door. And this is, you guessed it, the bedroom and bathroom. I bet you didn't think it'd be this beautiful, though. This bedroom is gorgeous. Picture windows up on this wall. Great natural light. Beautiful views of the mountains. And we have the bathtub right up against this window. That's romantic. That's magical. I'm sure you will love this. If you're not a bath person, that's okay. We have the other bathroom to explore. But in this bedroom, we have the king-size bed up against this wall. And you can just see how large this bedroom is because there's so much space on both sides of this king-size bed. And let me tell you this. This bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have been sleeping in at an Airbnb. It was soft. They provide different pillows for you. A firm pillow and a super soft flat pillow because I know people enjoy different pillows. So I absolutely love this bed and the linens they used here. There's oak paneling behind it and built-in lights as well. There's night lights you can use and point at yourself if you want to read in your bed. There's also floating nightstands on both sides as well. And inside the floating nightstands, you'll see a remote for the projector. So right above our bed, we have a professional projector up here. And you can lower the screen automatically in front of this window. And we have the screen. You can watch movies here, Netflix, whatever you want to do. You can watch my YouTube videos while you're laying in bed. Really cool detail they add here. And it's seamless. It's sleek. You wouldn't even know this was here, but it can be done. And of course, all of the windows can be shut if you need to. There's also access to the outdoor area from the bedroom if needed as well. So really nice bedroom. And we have the attached bathroom in here. Oak cabinetry. There's a closet in here. They have robes. You can hang up your clothes in here as well. Store away your luggage. Next to this, we have the sink. A massive mirror with the light built into the mirror as well. And then we have the tiled shower. Green tiling matches the green tiling out in the kitchen. Large shower. And there's not one, there's not two, but there's three shower heads in here for all of the water needs you would want in the shower. I love the built-in shelf they have as well with the light. And then next to this, we have the toilet enclosed in this room as well as some robes for you. So overall, there's a ton of room in this section. Your bedroom and your bathroom. Very luxurious stay. If you're coming here to relax, to surprise your significant other, I would suggest doing it. If you're nature lovers as well as comfort lovers, this place literally has it all and I see why it is booked out all the time.
