Warning: Huong Pagoda is extremely crowded at the beginning of the year

Traveling to Huong Pagoda in early spring 2026 with family, it was literally "packed with people" but still felt peaceful, my friends! 🌸
Departing from Hung Yen early in the morning, our whole family set off for the Huong Pagoda festival, took a boat on the Yen stream, visited Thien Tru Pagoda, and then climbed the stone steps to Huong Tich Cave to pray for peace and good fortune in the new year.

Boats lined up along Yen Stream, orange life jackets covering the water – a scene truly reminiscent of a "sea of ​​people" during the spring festival.
The atmosphere at Huong Pagoda Festival 2026 was incredibly crowded, but the organization was quite orderly, less chaotic than in previous years.
Visiting Thien Tru Pagoda to light incense and pray for health, peace for family, and smooth sailing in work.
Climbing the stone steps to Huong Tich Cave, the crowds were dense, shoulder to shoulder, but everyone maintained awareness and yielded to each other.
Inside the cave, we visited the Rice Mound, the Golden Tree, and the Silver Tree, collecting water from the cave to pray for good luck for the whole year.
