How to Create a Passive Income Empire in 2024

One of my greatest desires from the Lord is to help other people become financially free. When I was 25 years old, I was a successful software developer. I had a six figure salary. I thought, man, I have made it eerie living the dream. Then my daughter Ella was born and I got a few weeks off for paternity leave, but then I had to go back to work and I would leave for work at about seven in the morning, work all day. And then I'd get home at six or six 30 at night and Ella went to bed at about seven. So I had these 30 minute window with my new daughter every day and that's all I got to see her. It really bummed me out. Then I remember when my daughter was two, she wanted to go in theaters to see frozen. You guys remember that? There was a big frozen special during the matinee during the day on a Tuesday and I sheepishly went into my boss's office said, Hey, can I get off work on Tuesday to go to this movie with my daughter? And basically he told me, let it go. And that's when I decided, and I do not want to work this nine to five job. I want freedom. Comment down below if any of that resonates for you. So after that experience, I became a little obsessed with finding side hustles, passive income, investments, whatever I could find just to get out of this nine to five job. Shortly after this experience with my daughter, I did start my own business. I was able to grow it to 12 employees, 30,000 customers and sold it in 2020 for seven figures. And when I look around now at my audience, my subscribers, I want to help others get what I've been blessed to have my kids homeschool. I work from home. I take the kids out for lunch every Friday. We go to movies during the week. We go down to Kansas city, to great Wolf lodge. You can go, if you go Monday night, Tuesday night, it's 40 bucks a night. It's very cheap because everybody else has to work. So when I met Travis Peters at a conference earlier this year, and he too, we started talking, he too loved passive income and helping others find freedom. And then I found out he also loved Jesus. And I thought, man, this is a guy I got to get together with. I don't even know what TV shows are on right now. Well, Grey's Anatomy that's probably still going, but use those five hours instead of watching Grey's Anatomy, start a side hustle. It's a whole bunch of different stuff. We have a financial freedom calculator to help figure out how much money do you need and where does it need to go? Online real estate.
