Yes, Seacrest had to decline his invitation to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelcey's wedding on July 3rd at Madison Square Garden after he had already RSVP'd yes to the happy couple. Sharing the news on On Air with Ryan Seacrest on July 6th, Seacrest revealed what plans kept him from the enchanted night. RSVP'd to go and then Disney hired me to do the 4th of July 250 special on the 3rd and the 4th and so I had to cancel. Now Seacrest heavily emphasized that he did try to do both. I tried to do both. I wanted, I tried to go to the wedding and to prepare for that show, but we started live on the 3rd. I feel like you could have done both. Trust me, Tanya, I went through the minutes. To make matters worse, Seacrest actually bumped into the pair while out for dinner after RSVP'ing yes, where they all spoke about how excited they were for the evening, with Swift revealing it was going to go late. But unfortunately, Seacrest didn't get the chance to shake it off late into the night with Swift, Kelcey and their 1,000 guests.
