In today’s episode: The atmosphere is tense as the village prepares for the big event. Chris Carter finds himself in a "colourful" predicament after a fake tan mishap leaves him looking more orange than he intended just before the Farrier competition. While he tries to scrub away the evidence, his partner Lotty finds the whole situation rather amusing.
However, the real trouble is brewing with George Grundy. Despite being banned from driving, George takes a massive risk when Bill asks him to move some cars at the showground. When Amber finds out, she is livid—not just because of the legal risk, but because George has been "chumming around" with her father instead of helping her with the show’s digital content.
Speaking of Amber, the stress of the show and her pregnancy finally takes its toll. After a fainting spell, Susan has to step in to look after her and offer a solution to the ongoing "cot drama" with Amber’s parents.
