A Day of Garden Work, Stone Paths & Coffee by the Cabin

Today we spent the day with our hands in the garden - trimming around the gazebo and laying a winding stone path along the creek. That stretch we keep close to nature: in summer, it fills with fireflies, and we wouldn't have it any other way. For now, we just tend the edges and let the rest be.

By late afternoon, the kettle was on. We carried our cups outside and sat in front of the cabin as the air grew cool and the light moved slowly through the trees. No rush. Just a quiet moment in the mountains - a reminder of how much we love this place.
