Prince Harry loses High Court privacy case

Breaking news, Prince Harry has suffered a bitter loss in his High Court privacy case against the publishers of the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday newspapers. Live to Isabel Mullin in London for us, Izzy, the judge said Harry and the group he lodged with failed to sufficiently prove their claims. Yeah, he did, Nat and Shervo, good morning. This would have come as a bit of a surprise to Prince Harry, the judge dismissing every single one of the Duke of Sussex's claims, saying that there just wasn't enough evidence to prove that the papers had obtained their information illegally when they were writing stories about Prince Harry over the course of about 20 years. He had entered this legal battle with the likes of Liz Hurley, Sir Elton John and Baroness Doreen Lawrence. They all lost big today. Prince Harry is seen there out in London putting on a brave face regardless. He was out and about promoting the one year countdown to the Invictus Games. I do have a statement from him and the Baroness. It says it is a complete and obvious whitewash, but sadly not altogether unexpected. We came to court seeking justice and accountability, but we have received neither. The lengths to which the court has gone to exonerate the Mail is as shocking as it is totally unwarranted. I tried to ask Prince Harry how he was feeling a short time ago. Harry, are you disappointed in the result? Are you disappointed in the result? So no official word there from Prince Harry, but I have been told by his team that wife Meghan and the kids, they are waiting in Europe for the green light to come over here to London or another part of the UK. They are all hopeful for a reunion with the King later in the week. OK, so the family might still come, is he? Yeah, they might. They're just waiting for that go ahead. There are a number of security arrangements that have to be put in place, so they are still in Europe as we go to air this morning. That's my understanding.
