Cristiano Ronaldo gets Emotional react to Diogo Jota Anniversary 😭| Portugal vs Croatia 2-1

Cristiano, congratulations through to the round of 16 on Diogo Jota's anniversary as well. What a special day, lovely. 21, Diogo Jota's number. What a special day for Portugal. We knew it before the game. It was a so special moment. We speak today, our group, about that, the coincidence of life. It's unbelievable. I was amazed because the situations of today, it means a lot to us. Not only because we won the game, but also the way. It was a difficult game. We knew that Croatia is a fantastic team. First off, we dominate the game. Second off, after the goal, we get a little bit panicked, but this is football. But after my goal offside, people start to believe, ask the fans to help us. After the penalty, I think it was a little bit better for us. We created a few chances and I think at the end of the day, we deserve to win the match. What was it like coming up against Luka Modric, obviously potentially playing in his last World Cup? I've played with Luka so many years. We're nearly the same age. I think he's a legend of football. He's still a legend of football because he still plays and plays very well and with high quality. It's unbelievable. I just say to him so many times, Luka, congratulations for everything. I love to see you again. I wish you all the best for the next years of your career. It was nice to play against him once again.
