This is why landscape photographers wait…..

In this video I hike with a couple of friends up Beinn Dearg in Torridon, Northwest Scotland, in search of photographs for my upcoming Torridon book.

This video gives you a decent impression of what it can require to be a mountain photographer. The hike up was pretty grim with little to see but the light did arrive the following morning and it turned into a productive start to our three day adventure. As usual I discuss my landscape photography process. I walk you around the mountain top searching for compositions and discuss some of the difficulties I am finding along the way.
