A Hailstorm Was Minutes Away — Then She Found A Pet Carrier Weighed Down By Rocks
Earlier this month, a severe hailstorm swept through San Antonio, Texas. Just before the storm reached the city, a staff member at a local high school noticed something unusual in the back parking lot. There, wedged tightly between two large landscaping boulders, was a pet carrier. Concerned that an animal might be trapped inside, she immediately contacted Animal Care Services (ACS) for help.
