22 News Storm Team overnight video forecast. Our 22 News Storm Team weather alert continues for the chance for some scattered strong to severe thunderstorms on Saturday and of course the continuing extreme heat on Saturday. Extreme heat warning from the National Weather Service for Hamden, Hampshire and Franklin County until eight o'clock Saturday evening. Let's take a look at it with our 22 News Storm Team Skycast. Five o'clock here Saturday morning, scattered clouds and rising sunshine. Isolated showers possible before noon. You can see here at noontime sunshine and scattered clouds and the chance for scattered showers here tomorrow afternoon as well. Our latest Skycast does not bring in much rain at all during the afternoon hours on Saturday but there's still the chance and as we head into the evening hours you can see a lone shower here at 7 p.m. could be a scattered thunderstorm in here and then as we move toward midnight or later in the evening maybe a little bit of light rain shower activity along the Connecticut state line. Bottom line scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible Saturday afternoon and a slighter chance Saturday evening. High temperatures on Saturday in the 90s and some more rain expected potentially for at least part of the day on Sunday. We'll update on 22 News at 6 a.m.
