Hi everyone! Welcome and welcome back to another recipe. Today I'm going to show you guys how to
make this juicy delicious honey garlic lamb chops recipe. This recipe you guys is so flavorful.
It has rosemary, thyme, garlic. It's garlicky. It's sweet. It's just so delicious and it can
be done in less than 20 minutes. Before I begin, if you're new to my channel please
don't forget to subscribe so you can join the family. Also if this video was helpful,
if you enjoy it, do not forget to give it a thumbs up for me and let's dive in.
To make this recipe here's what you need. You will need lamb chops. You need Creole seasoning,
onion powder, ground black pepper. You will need Worcestershire sauce, honey, a little bit of olive
oil, butter. For the herbs I'm using rosemary and thyme and also you will need a lot of garlic
and a little bit of cooking wine which is not here so you'll see it later in the video. Shall
we begin? Let's go. So if your lamb chops come in a rack like this, you might have to cut it. I cut
mine after I cleaned it. I cleaned it with vinegar and salt. Give it a nice rinse. Pat it dry and we
here. Okay so to marinate this I am going to make myself a nice herby garlicky marinade. So I'm going
to place them into this bowl right here. Okay now it's time to make the marinade. I am going to add
in ground black pepper, onion powder, Creole seasoning and also I have some chopped rosemary.
I'm going to add in my minced garlic. Okay and also we have here a little bit of olive oil. Melted
butter can be used as well to replace the olive oil and now I'm adding in some Worcestershire
sauce. Add that in, mix it together and there you have your marinade. So now it's time to marinate
these lamb chops. Okay now we're pouring all the marinade on top of the lamb chops and then give
it a nice mix. Once you have that nice and mixed well, as you can see well seasoned, we're going
to cover this. Place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes or the next day. It's up to you or you can
cook it right away. So now to a medium high heat skillet, you're going to drizzle about two
tablespoons of olive oil in there. Now we're going to cook the lamb chops. I'm going to cook
the lamb chops for about three to four minutes per side because I like mine well, I like my
lamb chops medium well. A nice crusty crust on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. So
we're going to place them right in. Once your time's up, flip it over so you can allow the
other side to cook. As you can see it's looking beautiful so I'm going to flip it over.
Because I am using a small skillet, I am going to remove these, set them aside so I can cook
the remaining of the lamb chops. Now if you do have a big skillet, stay tuned you're gonna see
what I do next okay. So I'm going to set these aside so we can cook the other batch.
My lamb chops are nice and done. I am going to place these back in the pan and then we are going
to add all of the herbs and stuff like that okay. So whatever juice left over just pour that all
over the skillet because it's still good juice like this right there okay. So now I am going in
with my cooking wine just to deglaze the bottom of the skillet and also I am going to add in
my rosemary. The cooking wine will add a acidic flavor as well. I'm going to add in melted butter.
The butter is unsalted by the way and I'm adding my garlic. I like to crush the garlic
to release all that garlicky flavor and then I'm going in with the honey. This recipe is so fire
it's 10 out of 10. We'll make again okay it's so good it's literally screaming restaurant quality
gourmet food chef kiss okay. So I am going to baste my lamb chops and then we basically
ready to go okay. That is it. Like I said this recipe will take about 20 minutes to put together
and the liver is big okay it's extremely big. Anyways please do not forget to leave me a
comment down below. Do you guys like lamb chops and how do you like to make yours and basically
this is the result. All right guys let's try these pork chops. It smells amazing. The crust
