Russian airstrikes on Kyiv overnight into Thursday killed at least 11 people and damaged civilian infrastructure, Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed.

"The building started to shake strongly, even at the parking lot the strong vibration was felt and it followed by the explosion. It was evident right away what happened nearby," said local resident Yehor Novachyuk, recalling the horror.
