
Chicken Wild Mushrooms French Countryside Cooking
Today I’m cooking a whole farm rooster, slowly braised in a traditional French bread oven with wild mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.
The rooster cooks gently for hours until the meat becomes incredibly tender, absorbing the rich flavors of wild mushrooms, fresh vegetables, herbs, and natural wood fire. Everything is cooked the traditional way inside a French wood-fired oven.
