Report finds ex-Canton police sergeant violated policies through years of offensive text messages

Investigators reviewed more than 200,000 text messages, photos, videos, memes, and voice recordings, uncovering messages described as racist, antisemitic, homophobic, misogynistic, ableist, and otherwise discriminatory.
