AI Is About to Feel Too Easy
I'm doing something a little different in this one. Instead of reviewing a specific tool, I want to step back and philosophize with you about productivity and the shift I think is about to make you (and your business) dramatically more effective in the era of AI. The core idea is abstraction. A lot of us first felt it with vibe coding, that strange sensation of getting work done without actually doing it yourself, you're directing instead of typing. I walk through why that feeling is only weird because it's new, using the calculator and ride sharing as examples of abstractions we've completely normalized. Then I get into what I think is the real story: that same degree of abstraction is now spreading across the entire white collar suite, your docs, sheets, email, and data analysis, and I can feel myself letting go and leveling up one layer at a time.

I also share the frame I think actually matters here: keep the big thing human. Whatever makes you or your business unique, keep that part you, and use AI to make it bigger. The moment you automate your core, you lose your moat, because anyone can run the same agents for twenty bucks a month.
