A few weeks ago, Suzette Hall, founder of Logan’s Legacy 29, received a heartbreaking call from a Good Samaritan in Los Angeles. The caller had spotted a pile of white fluff near a landfill and, after looking closer, realized it was actually a small group of dogs struggling to survive among the trash.
