Two minors face arson and reckless endangerment charges after a massive fire at a former furniture factory in Allentown destroyed eight nearby homes. While displaced residents, including long-time homeowner Robert Velez, struggle with the devastating loss of their properties, the community and the United Way of Greater Lehigh Valley have launched relief funds to support the victims.
