I Thought This Would Be Easy...

I've spent years telling people what wine to drink. This week I've decided to cook as well. What could possibly go wrong?

Fred's got me popping my apron on to see if I can channel the legends at ‪@FallowChefs‬ and, while I'm trying not to burn the house down, I'm also finding out which wines actually work best with chicken.

Most people automatically reach for Sauvignon Blanc, but is that really the best option? This week I'm tasting my way through Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Grigio and more to see which wines make roast chicken taste even better.
