At least 164 people dead more than 970 injured after twin earthquakes in Venezuela

Aid and support are pouring into Venezuela from across the world, after twin earthquakes struck the south American country's northern coast. The tremors have killed at least 164 people and injured almost a thousand others. A state of emergency is in effect. Allister D'Souza reports from Washington DC.
