You'll need:
300 g flour
150 g cold butter or margarine
100 g sugar
1 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt
vanillin
1 egg
2 tbsp (50 g) sour cream
400 g cottage cheese
100 g sugar
2 tbsp (50 g) sour cream
2 eggs
vanillin
1.5 tbsp (20 g) cornstarch
powdered sugar
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 45 minutes.
