This video showcases two high-end residential properties: \"The Spinny,\" a luxurious five-bedroom farmhouse-style home in Lincolnshire offered as a prize, and a sophisticated four-bedroom detached residence in Tunbridge Wells valued at £1.25 million. Both properties emphasize premium finishes, modern amenities, and exclusive locations.
Hello New Build Show, I'm Millie and today we are in Omby by Spittel, a beautiful village in
Lincolnshire and this is The Spinny, a five-bedroom premium home in an exclusive gated community.
Now before we head inside, let's have a little look at the exterior. It feels timeless,
traditional and everything is perfectly balanced around the countryside surroundings.
There's space for around five cars on the driveway and a double garage with electric doors,
lighting and power. There's also an EV charger, outdoor sockets plus hot and cold taps.
But the best part is one of you watching actually has a chance to win this £650,000 home for as
little as £1.99 through seven days performance or if you prefer and you'd rather the money,
you can get the cash prize alternative of £450,000. Now the live prize draw will be
announced on December the 14th at 9pm. So one of you watching could genuinely be winning
all of this. And once we go inside, you'll see it's actually a pretty tough decision
to choose between the house or the cash. So let's go check it out.
Okay, so welcome inside. This is a very spacious and bright entrance hallway. It also feels very
premium in here. We've got these oak internal doors all throughout the ground floor, which
feel very solid and expensive. And then on the flooring, we've got the herringbone Antico flooring,
which is underfloor heated, perfect for this time of year. And so that you can get your bearings,
we have got a lounge just there on my left, we've got home office, and we have a guest toilet just
here. But we'll show you all of those later. For now, I want to take you into the best part,
which is the open plan spaces. Welcome into your open plan space. Now this is incredible,
the scale, it's absolutely huge in here. We have a few different zones as well. So the kitchen
behind me, the dining area, and then the lounge just in front of me. So different sections, but
it all flows together really nicely. Now on the flooring in here, we've got the same as we had
in the entrance hall, which is Antico flooring. But what's really nice in here is they've added
these nice borders around the joinery, which just shows how bespoke this room is. I mean,
the kitchen itself is completely bespoke, is a Krantz kitchen. But you can see here,
the island is absolutely huge. This is actually one of the biggest islands I think we've ever seen
on the New Build Show channel. And as you've seen, we're in quite a rural location here.
And what's really nice is they've played on that in the kitchen. So it feels very
like a farmhouse style kitchen, which is actually my favourite style of kitchen.
But it's also super modern. So you can see here underneath the island, we've got these
nice glass cabinets here. And then of course, my favourite, we've got a wine cooler just in
here too. And there's even storage underneath these. So they really have maximised every single
space, which is great because that's what you can do when you get a bespoke kitchen.
Let's go and have a closer look at the kitchen. You'll notice we have actually got the house name
engraved here, the spinny, which is a very nice touch and adds to that farmhouse feel.
Now over here, we have got the sink here in the island. And as opposed to an induction
hob here, they've gone for this, which just means you have more space up here to add beautiful
pendant lighting like they have. And then your extractor fan is actually just hidden away up here.
The joinery and the cornicing above the island match so nicely together as well. There's really
nice cohesion in the space. And there is just so much room to manoeuvre around in. I mean,
you have so much space in between the island and the kitchen area.
Right, before we leave the kitchen, I mentioned we have a fridge and freezer in this area.
There is also side access to the property as well as some even more handy storage and again,
cranks, cabinetry. So it all flows really nicely. Behind this door, there's also a washing machine.
That's not the only one. There is also one on the first floor, which we'll show you later.
And then follow me through into the other open plan areas. Now just here, another storage
cupboard. This is for your shoes, for your coats and just means entrance hall can be nice and clear.
Then this is your dining area here. I mean, imagine hosting in this kitchen. That would be
pretty incredible, especially if you've won the house for £1.99. Can we just add? This is again,
a great size dining table. If you wanted to have it bigger, you could. If you have a larger family,
you could definitely fit a bigger one in here. Also have the lovely pendant lights above. And
this flows nicely into your lounge area, which naturally I'm sure you're going to be spending a
lot of time in here watching your favourite films. Just over here on my right, we have the aluminium
bifold doors and that leads out to your garden. So let's go and have a look.
Now in the summer, I would definitely have these bifold doors all the way open and get
that real indoor outdoor flow. But I mean, today we're definitely going to be closing
them because it's not the warmest. But what a great garden this is. We've got beautifully
landscaped greenery here and I'm literally just looking over there at countryside views.
Feels super peaceful. This is definitely where I'd be coming to have my morning coffee,
some lovely sun on you in the morning as well. Now we have a nice patio here as well as over
there in the other seating area. And this is in a great Italian sandstone. And I mean,
I'm thinking if I won this house, I would definitely start preparing my 2026 summer
party ideas. We've actually even got a hot tub just around the corner as well. So a great spot
to be hosting. Coming out of the open plan areas now, as I mentioned earlier, we do have a very
handy guest toilet just here. Just here on my right, we have a home office. Now this would
be ideal if you do work from home like a lot of us do nowadays. But I mean, even if you don't,
this would be a great place for the kids to get some homework done. Or even if you just want to
shut off from the rest of the family for a couple of hours. And then in here we have a dedicated
lounge space. So as nice as it was to have a lounge section in the open plan areas,
this in the winter is just ideal. I mean, it's slightly smaller than the open plan kitchen area,
but it just means you can get really cosy in here. You can shut the doors, have the fire going,
which by the way, I love a log burner. Again, tying in with the farmhouse cottage feel that
we've had in the open plan areas too. So on this side of the fireplace, we have a log store. And
then on the other side, we have a bookshelf. So this would be a great place to close the doors
off, come and read your favorite book. I mean, you could even do it sat right here on the armchair
with the fire going next to you. It is also worth noting that this house comes fully furnished. So
I mean, you get absolutely everything included, all of the furniture, even all of the logs here
behind me. So I mean, it's ready to go when you move in to get your first fire going.
Okay. So that is the ground floor finished. Time to head upstairs. So come on up.
Welcome to the first floor. So up here we have these oak banisters, but also the glass balustrades,
which again is a perfect example of how they've managed to blend rustic with contemporary. It's
also a great size. This is a very spacious landing. And up here we have four bedrooms. So
let's head into this one first. Now what's really impressive about this home is the proportions of
the bedrooms. Now, normally in a family home of this type, you'd expect there to be one bedroom
smaller than the others that nobody really wants. But all of these up here on this floor are
literally the exact same. They've all got a nice big double bed, a big TV and lots of natural light
coming in. But I think this one would actually make a great kid's bedroom because of the Jack
and Jill en suite through here. So if you do have kids, I'm sure you can imagine how well this
layout would work. So each child would have their own bedroom, but they also share this bathroom,
which of course comes with twin sinks. We've got a nice storage vanity unit here,
rainfall shower, a wall-mounted toilet. And on the flooring, we have switched to a luxury vinyl
tile. Again, similar to what we saw downstairs, bringing in the luxury feel with the herringbone
pattern. And then just in front of me here, we have the other double bedroom. As I mentioned,
they are both pretty similar in size. So it's great if you do have two kids, they're not going
to be fighting over who gets which bedroom. Into bedroom number three. Now this is slightly
larger than the last two bedrooms that we saw. So this is probably where you're going to want
to put your guests to show off the new house, the grandparents or the relatives. We also have
sash windows here, so you get gorgeous countryside views. And this one comes with its own en suite.
So let's go and have a look. Now this is a pretty impressive en suite. So we have your vanity
section here, a rainfall shower. But the best thing about this one is there is actually a bath. So
again, like I said, the perfect place for when you've got guests to come and stay. And finally,
on this floor, here is the last bedroom. Now again, a great size. We have seen such great
proportions in these bedrooms. This one also comes with its own en suite. However, this one
does not come with a bath. So if you want the bath to yourself, you might pop the guests in here
instead. Now before we go upstairs and I show you my favourite bedroom, it's also worth noting that
there is a washing machine up here on this floor, which they've very cleverly popped in this storage
cupboard. So that is going to make everyday life a lot easier. You also have one downstairs too.
But for now, let me show you the main bedroom. Wow, look at this for your loft level principal
suite. I mean, this is a pretty incredible space. Now, when I first came up here, it kind of gave
me a bachelor pad slash luxury hotel feel, which I mean, it just feels so premium up here. Now,
this actually spans the entire width of the property. So you get a lot of space in here
and storage is also not going to be an issue because that has been taken care of. We've got
over here, the clothes rails, but also along either side of the room, you have integrated
storage. So it just means you're not going to have to clutter the space with wardrobes and
things like that. It's all taken care of. Now you'll notice we've got quite a moody colour
palette up here, but you can really get away with that because of these six skylights that we have
bringing in so much natural light. Now, also either side of the room, we have these beautiful
feature walls, which are cladded in timber. And again, these just bring in that extra bit of
warmth, but there is one thing I'm really excited to show you in this principal suite.
So you can see the bathrooms behind me, which I'll show you in a second, but how cool is that?
Your TV comes out of the ceiling and no details have been spared. They have actually even cladded
in timber at the bottom of the TV. So it matches the feature walls. Pretty impressive. I mean,
it doesn't get much better than that. You're sat in bed at nighttime up here in your bachelor pad
with your favourite TV programme on. So next to show you is the bathrooms, but the bathroom tour
actually starts right here in the bedroom because of the centrepiece bath, which I think is such a
cool feature. I mean, this room definitely is not short of unique features, that's for sure.
The bath actually sat on a similar flooring to what we've seen downstairs and in other bathrooms,
a herringbone pattern, but they've gone for a darker colour, which is nice and very fitting
to the room and also matches the bath really well too, which is a Lusso stone bath, so very premium.
Now let me take you into the bathroom. So you have two entrances into your bathroom,
which can kind of be a his and hers entrance and they lead on nicely to your twin sinks here. So
again, one for him and one for her. And we've got a nice moody feel in here again, which we saw in
the bedroom. A lot of dark accents with the black sanitary ware and also the darker cabinetry.
On the flooring, it's the same as what we saw underneath the bathtub in the bedroom, this nice
dark herringbone flooring. We've got a nice big rainfall shower here and even more storage in
the bathroom as well. They really have maximised the space again, making it look super sleek in here.
Okay, so that brings us to the end of today's tour. Thank you so much for coming along. I hope
you've enjoyed it. Now, if you'd like any information on how to enter this incredible
prize draw for the chance to win this house or £450,000 in cash, all of the information will
