If you're thinking about moving to the Boise area and you want a big RV garage and some acreage, this house tour might just be the one for you. This home has some never been seen features on this channel.
This video showcases high-end luxury estates in Idaho, specifically within the Quail Hollow and Middleton communities. The tours highlight architectural excellence, premium materials, and advanced infrastructure, positioning these properties as high-value alternatives to luxury markets like Beverly Hills or Eagle, Idaho, with a focus on entertaining and self-sufficiency.
If you've been thinking about relocating
to the Boise, Idaho area and you want acreage,
a 50 foot RV bay and the most luxurious house,
you guys, something in the Hollywood Hills
cannot light a candle to this.
Think elevated, architectures digest,
the materials in this home are stunning.
And at this price point, it is worth millions more
than what your mind could ever wrap itself around.
But the price is going to shock you.
Let's get inside this beautiful home.
We cannot wait.
We know you cannot wait to see that 50 foot RV bay.
You guys, we are going to explore it together,
but first we need to take a moment
to soak in the exterior of this home,
because OMG, it is absolutely stunning.
Ken, how many cars can you fit in that driveway?
Easily nine.
Easily nine, because there's gonna be 900 people
at your door every day wanting to hang out with you,
because this house is an entertainer's dream.
And it feels so peaceful out here.
We've got views from the front yard,
views from the backyard, rolling foothills, eagles.
This community is quail hollow.
There are quails on the entire windy drive
all the way up here.
It's so peaceful.
The wind is blowing the meadow grass.
There's silver trees and green trees
and oh, it's like I can hear the bugs,
the grasshoppers chirping.
I mean, there are just things about this house.
We're gonna have to do things a little bit differently
because this house is so special.
Take a moment to remember this wall, okay?
Because first we need to stop and show you right over here
and then we're gonna get you inside this house, okay?
All right, so you guys know,
I usually jump inside the house
and I say, come on in, Ken, from inside the house.
But today, I'm gonna say, come on in, Ken, from right here
because your living experience
actually starts outside in this home.
We've got this full,
and you guys, wait until we show you
how these doors function.
It is so cool and so easy.
Anyone can open and close these.
But we have this full outdoor seating area
and the builder said, who doesn't wanna sit out here
and look at the rolling foothills?
This is a view that you want to sit and relax
and enjoy.
So he put an outdoor living space in the front
as well as all these ones in the back
that we're going to show you.
And actually, I do think that this is another
come on in, Ken, so.
Okay.
All right, let's reset, reset.
Reset.
All right, Ken, come on in.
And can you just.
What in the world?
I don't even know.
Okay, I, oh, there's so many cool things
that I want you to see right away.
But first and foremost, we need to acknowledge the elephant,
the literal elephant in the room.
This is a nine by six foot door
and you guys, ain't no one breaking in your house.
Look at this.
Oh my goodness.
And up at the top too.
All right, so I don't know.
Are you a senator and you needed a safe place?
Are you a CIA or FBI agent?
I mean, this is the house.
And remember we said, we wanted you to take a moment
to remember that stone out there, right?
You guys, the stone goes all the way through
out into the backyard.
It is one piece that starts in the front.
Starts there.
And then continuously goes all the way into the back.
And there's so many things about the back.
You guys, this house, and I know it's fun to look at,
but when we sit down and we discuss with you
what these different materials are,
I mean, this is European white oak floor,
wood floors all throughout.
There are just things in here that are like,
okay, wait, are we selling homes in Idaho
or Beverly Hills, Ken?
Apparently both right now.
Apparently both, because this is like,
except for anyone living in Beverly Hills
is jealous of us up here in Idaho
because this lifestyle is way better.
I just, it's funny you say that
because I literally just started watching
Beverly Hillbillies for the first time.
Well, if you're a hillbilly, Idaho, no.
This is perfect for you.
Look at how cool this is.
I'm just gonna show them really quick.
So these big sliding glass doors
are typically pretty hard to open and close.
These are such a high quality door.
Look at this, you guys.
She just pushes it?
Literally just pushes it and it slides open and close.
And can flip the camera directly around.
It gets you straight into that front.
So you can literally have your front door open.
You've got this big, airy, beautiful space.
And then these doors open.
There is another private outdoor living space that way,
and another one out that way.
We will get to all of that.
There is so much to see and take in.
And you guys, if you are in Beverly Hills,
or anywhere in California, Washington, Oregon,
or anywhere else in the world,
and you're thinking about relocating here,
we have helped hundreds and hundreds of families
make Idaho home.
We're the number one relocation team
here in the Boise, Idaho, Treasure Valley area.
Give us a call, shoot us a text, or write us an email
if you're thinking about relocating here.
Let's get into this kitchen.
Let's do it.
I know, there are three private en-suites in this home
outside of the primary room.
That's crazy.
So you're gonna have a lot of people here,
and you need a lot of space for that entertaining
and making food, and this is the best place to do it.
I love that there is no sink in the kitchen island.
This is a new Taj Quartz slab.
It's beautiful.
It's one continuous piece here, one continuous piece here.
Also, a continuous wood hood.
You guys are not gonna see this often
because this takes a lot of craftsmanship,
and it's just a high-quality wood working, finishing job.
We've got a freezer over here.
Look at this.
Freezer here.
That's just the freezer.
Just the freezer.
So if you're moving out here,
and you're thinking of hunting, fishing,
you're gonna have plenty of room
to stock that freezer up,
and we just happen to be very close
to some of the best hunting in town.
Look at this.
Big refrigerator.
We've got plenty of drawers for storage.
They open and close beautifully,
and you're probably thinking, duh, Rachel, no.
I have been embarrassed to show homes
at higher price points than this
because we've gone to open and close the drawers,
and it's literally what you would get
and practically glue together yourself
in your very first starter home.
Everything in here is very quality.
I love how they framed this picture window out right here.
You can watch your grandkids or your friends
or your children out here in the backyard.
Maybe you're gonna have some wildlife back there,
and there's a very intentional design
out here for the backyard,
and we will explain all of that here in just a moment.
I'm glad you said that
because I almost said something.
You almost said something.
There are some things about this yard
that you really need to know,
and you can do whatever you want with it.
Look at this.
I almost said washer and dryer.
Check this out.
You've got outlets.
Outlet here, outlet there.
We've got them on each side of the island here,
and then on this side of the island, we've got storage.
Ken, where should we go next?
Should we go to the en-suites?
Yeah, the en-suites are awesome.
Let's shoot over to the en-suites.
On the way over, I mean,
they put in windows all the way up here
to allow even more light to flood in.
Everything is hardwired for all sorts of cool stuff,
which we will talk about.
Dude, we didn't even talk about this fireplace.
This is so cool.
The fireplace is so cool,
and they finished the edge off with Schluter.
Schluter is this finishing edge on the tile,
and you guys, a lot of builders leave the tile raw.
They don't put a Schluter finish on there.
They don't put bullnose on there, and it's so frustrating.
We've got central vac here.
Ooh, nice.
This window is so nice right here.
It just carries that wall.
I mean, whoever thought about that, genius.
Wood, again, real wood, very, very beautiful.
We've got storage here.
This is such a pretty bathroom.
I like how they tucked it around the corner
so that no one feels like they're using the restroom
right off of the kitchen,
which there's even more to the kitchen
that they haven't seen yet.
There's an extension of the kitchen.
Oh, I know what you're talking about.
And we will see that when we get over there.
Yeah, you're right.
Okay, there's some cool things about the carpet
that we'll discuss with you.
We've got some storage here, floating shelf, well-lit,
this beautiful space with its own outdoor,
private, covered back patio.
I'm fighting for this en suite if I'm living here.
Yeah, this is the one I would want too.
Again, with that same beautiful stone,
big, huge pieces of wood.
I mean, they did not skip a beat
on the materials in this house.
And you guys, again, can I just say,
I'm gonna keep going down.
This house isn't anywhere near three million.
It's not even near-
It's not even near two million.
It's crazy.
Okay, look at how nice and large this bathroom is.
Tile all the way up to the ceiling.
Schluter on the edges.
We've got framed out mirrors.
This is a double sink vanity in an en suite.
What in the world?
I know, big walk-in closet.
It's got all of the shelving in here.
There is a lot of storage in that vanity.
Okay, then we come down this way.
We've got another closet for more storage,
and then en suite number two.
Another big closet, same beautiful carpet,
which we will discuss.
And then look at this.
That vanity is so pretty,
and they went with a very, very pretty countertop,
framed out mirror.
Again, tiled all the way up to the ceiling.
Nice, big, deep bathtub.
They put some nice toilets in the house.
They ain't playing.
Okay, and then we got en suite number three,
right over here.
Same beautiful carpet, plenty of windows, gorgeous vanity.
Nice, big walk-in closet.
They went with pretty lighting.
I mean, everything in this house is pretty.
I like this tile a lot.
I was gonna say, I might pay for this en suite,
now that I look at it, with that walk-in closet.
Really?
I mean, I like the walk-in closet,
but I like that outdoor patio.
Yeah, that's something special.
Okay, so then we're making our way back down
over to the kitchen again.
By the way, Rachel, I didn't say this,
but I'm pretty sure you could fit an ATV through this door.
I mean, it's ridiculous how big it is.
I mean, I, oh my gosh.
You can't even reach from side to side.
I'm five feet tall.
Let's do it.
Okay, five feet tall, let's do it.
Okay, I'm gonna go like this because I got heels on.
Okay, scoot back a little bit.
Right there, yep.
No, you're not even covering the whole thing.
You're not even covering the whole thing.
That is so crazy.
Isn't that wild?
That is so nuts.
It's so crazy.
And you know what?
These floors are so beautiful.
I could just lay down and sleep right there on the floor.
You guys, if you could feel that wind
and the breeze out here moving through the meadow grass.
It's just exceptional.
Here, we've got beautiful beams in the tree ceiling
and then the lights coming down.
This is a bone that Ken and I like to privately pick
is a lot of times a builder will put the lights on
and then as an afterthought, they'll go in and add beams.
And then you know what happens
is it looks super awkward and off.
And you stare at it and you're like, what's going on?
Like nothing's measured properly
but your brain isn't comprehending what's going on.
This was obviously planned.
This is perfectly executed.
And then you can see,
we got some fun stuff up here to talk about.
They did it again here.
See the lights directly in the middle
and then two pretty beams.
We'll see a lot of times,
just really awkward, bad situations.
And then you can see your front outdoor space
from within the dining room.
I love this designated area and you guys,
you can actually fit a larger table in here.
And what a fun light too.
Okay, remember I said that there's an extension
on the kitchen?
Yes, you did.
All right.
I know, how pretty is this?
There is so much space for all of the treats,
all of the things.
I mean, you can hide a lot of chocolate
from your husband in here.
Lettuce.
Look at this refrigerator.
Pellegrino.
We've got our microwave below the waist,
which I always love because.
Easy push too.
Yeah, you're not gonna drop out here.
Oh, it is.
I know, you just push it open and close.
Sharp, smart, sharp, nice and sharp, sharp.
You know what I mean?
Yes, we're so sharp.
Another sink.
So you can like have all your messes happening back here
or if you're doing some catering,
the catering can be going on in here
and then your guests don't even know
that everyone's losing their hair
and trying to make it all happen back here together.
Then.
I do like that.
Oh, this is the wing, baby.
Which way should we go?
Let's start right here.
We can go in the garage
because people wanna see this.
This is a three-car garage.
I was gonna play a trick on everybody
and make you guys think this was just a closet.
Oh, gotcha.
But you know what?
Let's go in this garage
and you guys, it's fully,
it's got something in the bones
that we're gonna talk about with you in here
that makes it ready for something else.
And by the way, this doesn't quite fall
under the phantom list
because this one actually is listed.
However, this is definitely one
that you won't find on YouTube
because we actually know the builder
so this is something different.
Yes, so if you want a home like this,
what Ken is referencing with the phantom list,
the phantom list is when you go,
how do I keep seeing people
buying all these amazing homes
but I never saw it hit the market?
I didn't even see it hit YouTube.
It's because we have relationships with the builders
and we know what they're going to build
before they build it
and we have clients who are on our phantom list.
It's this whole list.
We know everything that you're looking for in a home
and when we know it's going to be built,
we can reach out to you.
So you're gonna wanna give us a call,
shoot us a text or write us an email
to get onto that phantom list.
Dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun.
Look at this.
This is just the garage part, people.
Yeah, I mean, when you see this lineup,
one, two, three, right over here,
you know you got a big deal going on
and then you got plenty of outlets,
hot and cold bib.
I know you guys wanna stay over there.
Ooh, electric.
Let's just take a peek.
It has its own room.
Hello.
Oh, floored out and everything.
It's floored out and everything.
Whoa.
I know.
Storage galore in here.
I know.
This is nice.
This is so nice.
All conditioned too, which is so important.
There's so many cool things in here
that just make life living so much easier.
Like, I'll just tell you guys one of the things right now.
That yard out there, drip system, sprinklers,
everything ready to rock and roll from wifi.
Also, you wanna rock and roll,
you just wanna come in your door right here
instead of that nine by six out there.
I mean, you know what?
Maybe Bigfoot could buy this house.
If you're out there, call me.
Bigfoot.
Oh, the bathroom in the primary,
Bigfoot could actually use it.
Bigfoot could use it for sure.
Bigfoot and all his kids.
Yep.
Speaking of big, let's go.
14 foot RV door right there.
And 50 feet.
You guys, do you see that John Deere right there?
Does it look like an ant?
Like a green ant?
It does, it looks so tiny in here.
Can you even?
I mean, how cool is this?
And then you make your way all the way down,
pop the camera up.
What are those?
I'm like, we're living in the life of robots or something.
And then look at this.
Dun, dun, dun, dun.
Ken.
Right outside.
I mean, you guys.
How incredible.
Look at those stones.
Look at these stones.
Okay, let's talk a little bit about the backyard.
Just briefly, because we got so much to share.
So this builder said the last property he built
had so much grass.
People said, it's too much grass, too much to take care of.
So then he put one in with a lot of stone
and people said, it's too much stone.
You need more grass.
And he's like, I can't make everybody happy.
So what he decided to do with this one,
because we're on just over an acre,
it's 1.088 acres, is he put in some grass here.
He put in some grass there.
It goes 20 feet beyond where you can see right here.
Obviously there was some landscaping in the front yard
and put stone in and he priced the house
so that once you're done purchasing this house,
you have the leftover money to go ahead
and put in whatever you want in the backyard.
You can put your pool where you want to put it,
your garden beds, trees, whatever your heart desires.
You are going to be shocked at the price of this house
and how much money you will have leftover
to do whatever your heart desires with this beautiful yard.
I'm going to infinity pool on the second level.
Infinity pool, Ken, that is smart.
Yep.
That is smart.
Yep, and then right here, all the kids
that can just go crazy with like, you know,
volleyball court or something like that, like that.
All of the things.
So awesome.
Fire pit out here.
There's room for so much.
This is off of the primary.
Yes.
It is.
I don't know.
I didn't leave this door unlocked
for we could maybe go straight into the primary.
Oh, look at us going right into the primary.
Let's do it.
Ken, was that you or was that really smart builder
who did it?
I honestly didn't mean to do that.
Can we actually just show them really quick?
There's something so aesthetically like calming
and pleasing about this house.
I don't know if it's because they use such high end
materials or designed well or both,
but having the black on the ceiling
and then you look over and you see the black over here
and then that beautiful stone that goes all the way
to the front of the house and wraps around.
Like this whole house and just everything about it is,
I mean, both Ken and I,
like we were like all energized and like full of caffeine
and we've already made all these videos today
and then we got here and we were just like,
oh my gosh, our blood pressure dropped,
our heart rate dropped and we were like,
this home is so beautiful and so special
and it just sounds incredible here.
Okay, ready to see the second fireplace?
Okay, look at this.
It's so pretty.
I love the texture they put on here.
It's all ready to go for your television
and then this is fully controlled by remote.
So you can just lay in that bed right there
and go click, click, click, click.
Could you imagine getting up in the morning
and just cruising out there to your private back patio
or flipping the light on?
All right, can we show them
this absolutely spectacular bathroom?
We can and by the way, Rachel,
there's something right here
that we haven't even showed him yet.
So we're gonna get to that in a second.
Even more over there, guys.
All right, so you got a barn door right here.
Again, this is nice.
They've got all the right hardware on here
because trust me, sometimes we see barn doors
that don't have the best hardware situation.
I don't even know where to go in here.
Let's just show them the pretty stuff first
because there's a lot going on.
Okay, beautiful.
I wanna say this was 67 inch tub.
It's a beast.
The hardware, I love how they piped it
into the wall right here.
It's so pretty.
This is absolutely stunning.
And do you notice how this is very similar
to the en-suites?
So they don't mix and match too much material.
They really kept things super streamlined
and just beautiful all throughout the house.
A lot of times people will take it down a notch
on the en-suites.
They were like, we're using the beautiful stuff in here
and we're using the beautiful stuff in there.
Big, beautiful shower.
I kinda sneaky snuck in here.
Look at, Ken is a sneak sneaker.
Look at that.
You guys, two, not just one, two.
So if you're in a huge hurry and you're running late,
which I don't know anything about,
you can rinse your hair out with two of these at one time
or you got two kiddos or you got two dogs
and you want each kiddo to wash a dog at the same time.
Whatever you want, a bench,
because you're gonna have this big, beautiful backyard
to do all the gardening.
You're gonna wanna sit down to shower off.
And this is like reflective.
I mean, that's another thing.
When you use natural materials,
everything just has elements about it that you don't get
when you're using a factory made material.
It's just different.
It just is.
You just came out the second side of the shower.
I came out the second side.
You wanna do the trick?
Let's do it.
One, two, three.
Boom.
All right, well, let's take our way all the way down here
and big foot, here you go.
Seriously, what on earth?
I know, is that not crazy?
I can lay down four times in here.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
You gotta go eight feet just to get to the toilet.
That's crazy.
Eight of yours, 16 of mine.
Oh my gosh, look at these tiles.
Look how big these slabs are.
Huge, beautiful.
Again, everything is so pretty.
And then, it says warm tiles on that right there.
You know what that means.
We got heated floors.
I didn't even see that on the list.
I did not see that on the list, you guys.
The list is something you're gonna wanna stay for
because like what I said, it can't light,
Hollywood Hills can't light a candle.
Like when you're dreaming of like some celebrity
building a home and they have their like design team,
and they're like, and then we flew this thing in
from Italy and we got a statue from Greece
and da-da-da-da-da-da.
That's this house here in Idaho,
so you're gonna wanna hear the list.
Speaking of, you think this is the closet?
Oh, it's big.
It's big.
This is not the only closet.
You want an even bigger closet?
You gotta go this way.
I mean, what?
How big is this?
Dang.
Oh, there's just room for everything
your heart could desire.
And then, look what's over this way.
It's so good.
A huge laundry room that wraps all the way over here.
But can we just take a moment to appreciate
the most important thing in the life of a laundry room?
The bar above a counter, not above a washer and dryer
like so many builders do.
They'll go in and they put the bar right here
and then what do you hang?
A baby sock?
This house is for Bigfoot.
Bigfoot's not hanging his baby sock over there.
See, they just think of everything.
But also, how beautiful is the color of these cabinets
and you guys, high quality cabinet.
Look at that.
In the laundry room, too.
Sink.
I almost said hardware.
Yeah.
The faucet's right here.
I mean, you guys, we gotta meet in the kitchen to talk.
Rachel, you skipped something right there.
That's one of my super features.
Okay.
There's so many features that are so super in this house,
it's hard to keep track.
Okay.
You got this.
Come on.
Look at this.
Oh, what?
I mean, what?
Dude, what a space.
They have the, it smells like wood in here, okay?
Look how many outlets.
It's all ready to go for your wifi.
I mean, this is so cool.
And then this window.
Yeah.
I wouldn't get anything done.
I would be just staring out the window.
I mean, it's big.
It's high ceilings, plenty of light.
I mean, this is,
you could at least write poems all day in here, maybe.
Or classical music.
This would be the spot.
I mean, so pretty.
Okay, now let's meet in the kitchen.
All right, you guys.
We made it to Kitchen Talk with Ken and Rachel
and we got so many cool things to share with you.
I mean, look at this.
Pages of details about how beautiful this house is.
We just highlighted the few that are the most important,
I think, so that we don't put you to sleep.
But before we dive into this,
I gotta remind you that we're the number one
relocation team here in the Treasure Valley, Idaho.
And we make these videos to build value and,
to build value?
Provide value and build trust
so that when you're thinking about relocating here,
you reach out to us so that we can help answer
all of your questions and work with you
in this beautiful journey of relocating
to the Treasure Valley, Idaho.
Okay, so I think we did a pretty darn good job
of pointing out some of the really cool stuff
during the house tour.
What do you say, Ken?
Yes, there's still a ton more
that we couldn't get to, though.
There is a ton more.
First, I just wanna highlight a little bit
about this community and this area.
Obviously, you're in a very prestigious part
of Middleton, Idaho.
There is going to be a handful of,
there were hand-selected builders
building here in this community,
these beautiful homes on acreage property.
It's a very exclusive community,
but also just, like, submerged right here in,
I mean, God's country.
It's so beautiful.
And what's so cool is you're out, away from everything,
but you're also super close.
Where it is situated, you can go into Star,
you can go into Middleton.
It's not hard at all to get to Meridian,
or Eagle, or Nampa, or Caldwell.
You're kind of in a great little pocket
where you're super excluded,
but absolutely not excluded at all.
It's just the best location,
and we put together something really special for you guys,
and we'll link it here in just a moment
that goes into even more detail
about this location and this part of Middleton.
Okay, let's just say some of the technology
and smart features of the home,
because you can't really see a lot of that.
Okay, it is pre-wired the entire home
for audio, security cameras, internet, and TV.
Internet seems obvious, but you guys,
that's something that you want to reach out to us about,
because if you need good internet, it's not everywhere.
All right?
Leaves much to be desired,
and they took care of all of that here.
Two 200-amp electrical panels.
That's a lot.
That's a big bertha, and you're gonna need it
because they got special outlets around the out of the house
so that you can put your Christmas lights up,
which is so cool.
And then there is EV charging and generator-ready outlets.
So let's just remind you, nine-by-six door
with all those security, like extra security locks,
and then you also got everything ready to go
for a generator.
Am I speaking anybody's language out here?
My hand's up.
My hand is up too.
Okay, something that's cool to know
is that the secondary bathrooms are finished
with imported Spanish tile.
Pretty cool, right?
Pretty fancy.
And for those of you who are interested in the lighting,
does the name Korean Company sound familiar?
Got a Korean Company chandelier.
All the lighting is high-end, beautiful designer lighting,
which is just super fun.
For people who enjoy that kind of thing like I do,
a couple other things that we've picked off the list
is that we've got that outdoor lighting
and dedicated outlets for the seasonal and string lighting,
which I just mentioned.
A private well with a producing capacity
of 125 gallons per minute,
supported by a high-capacity five-horsepower pump.
Nice.
So generator, secure door, your own water
with a great pump and all the extra electrical stuff.
I mean, pretty good, right?
And that garage,
I said there was something extra cool in there,
pre-plumbed for a garage sink and a water softener.
And if you are relocating to the Treasure Valley, Idaho,
you need to know that you're going to need
a water softener.
It extends the life of your appliances
and the life of your own skin and hair and nails,
because let me tell you, without it, the water is so hard.
You're going to need it.
And something else to know,
and I could have highlighted every single one of these.
A lot of people don't know,
because we're such a high desert climate,
that we also have a lot of flood zones
and there's a lot of houses out here
that just have an issue with flooding.
Every single one of these on this list
has to do with making sure
that they totally waterproof this house.
It is not going to flood.
The roof is a special roof also,
just like a high-end, really cool roof.
They just did everything and anything
to make sure that this house was super efficient,
super sturdy, and dry also, in addition.
So I bet you are all wondering
what the price of this house is.
I'm going to tell you the price.
$2.9 million.
Plus $8,136,000.
No, it's not even close.
It's not even close.
Can I tell them what I thought this house was
when I first walked in with the builder?
Yes.
I thought this was going to be a 2.3 mil
because we've had some, we've done some 2.5s
and this is better than some of those 2.5s,
I'm telling you.
So to me, this house, if it were in Eagle,
would be $7, $8 million.
We actually have a home.
You think it would be $7, $8 million?
Yes, because we have a home behind us,
one street behind us, that's about to hit the market.
No yard, no pool, nothing super cool.
Smaller than this house
and it's going for a little over $3 million.
What?
And it's like a house, that's pretty, okay?
You put this in Eagle with Acreage.
Oh, with Acreage, I forgot.
It's the Acreage.
You're looking at way more
and you would find this not even secluded.
It would be in another community with a lot more homes.
Yeah.
I would say five.
Five, I'm thinking.
Five, six, you think five, six, somewhere around there?
I'm thinking one of those communities
that we're not really allowed to talk about yet
out there by the Acreage property.
The homes in there are millions and millions.
They're like this.
They're like the creme de la cremes.
Okay, you guys, this house is a four bedroom, five bath.
You saw all of those en-suites over there.
All of the extra, the extended kitchen,
outdoor living spaces, the best doors that you can get.
Like the best of the best of the best, okay?
And don't forget, don't drop off right now
because we put something really special together for you
that we're gonna need you to check out.
1.088 acres, 3,532 square feet.
This home is 1.6999.
Super important that you take a little bit deeper
