Chloe travels back to the Altai region of Siberia in 30,000 BC to experience the silence and hardship of the last ice age. After struggling to survive the extreme cold and hunger on her own, she is taken in by a nomadic tribe, where she witnesses their communal lifestyle and the brutal necessity of hunting woolly mammoths for survival.
