Learning Numbers - Counting On and Back 1-20. A fun space themed video to help your child to learn the numbers in English. This math video focuses on counting on from 1 to 20 and back from 20 to 1. It gives your child the opportunity to listen, watch and practice their counting skills.
Counting for kids is considered the easiest, it actually stands as one of the initial things that kids learn when they are introduced to math and numbers.
When parents choose a method for their kids to follow in order to teach them how to count, they should choose something suitable for the kids according to the response they provide to the method and at the same time how much it is actually giving them the chance to remember things. One of the methods we are recommending for parents is the video with the voice of a kid counting and giving those kids watching the video the space to count along with him. Our video is giving kids the chance to watch the video, listen to the kid counting and then counting one more time with him through the video.
In this educational video, the main aim is to teach kids to count from one to twenty and backwards from twenty to one. This is one important thing to consider because it will help the kids to keep their attention focused on the numbers because that's how they are going to know how to count backwards as well as how they count in the right order.
There are different methods and techniques related to teaching the kids how to count. There are some examples for that to find on our channel: there is the method of teaching the kids to count in twos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQX2DoUolsg), counting the shapes they are seeing in the video or the picture in front of them (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYmMjMBjMcI), learning to count the odd and even numbers (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIUuxh2HLSQ) or else depending on the different counting rhymes that are found out there in the kids' world, such as the five little monkeys (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6QCcRZK2yU).
It is one of the most interesting things to do, to teach the kids numbers and let them know their order and how to count them, but there are different other things to be considered as well in such a case, such as teaching the kids the English alphabet (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1q2yKaY8gr4) and also giving them the help needed when it comes to learning more about the shapes that are found in their world, which could happen through pictures, through real objects or else through the wooden shapes themselves (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9nMr4P843o).
Telling the kids more about the counting techniques and methods which they could depend on and learn from should always be easy and should depend on the age of your child, the things which they might already know about and at the same time it should depend on what they like from the methods that you usually use and those which you have never tried before.
After the first level which is learning the numbers and knowing the right order for counting them, comes the next level which is related to teaching the kids about the different mathematical equations which comes after, like addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Every single one of these carry the positive and negative things that might be related to it, so choosing the right and easy methods according to the age will be always the first step in the whole cycle.
There are other counting videos which you could check on our channel, such as:
