A fun video showing the 9x table for kids. Learning the multiplication facts for kids is such an important skill as it will make mental math and the more formal written methods much easier for your child. This video is a fun way to help your child with times table memorization.

What is a times table? A timetable is that process which kids learn at school to manage getting the answer for two numbers being multiplied by one another, making it easier for the kids to memorize the answer without having to go through the whole thing or table every time a multiplication question is imposed.

Time tables are usually focusing on the numbers from one to ten because going further than this might be hard for the kids to memorize and thus will need to choose another multiplication method to depend on, such as the famous grid method which parents and teachers consider as the best when it comes to multiplication and teaching it for kids (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3duqrhE8Xw).

Math for kids starts with learning the numbers and knowing how to count correctly, it then moves forward to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and the different methods which are used with every single one of them. These methods differ according to the mathematical operation as well as the age of the kid and which class he/she is in.

Games and toys could help in the process of homeschooling and these games are usually Lego pieces, small cartoon characters, play doh, etc. it usually depends on those which might have some mental tricks which the kids will eventually learn.

The grid method might be the easiest for the kids since it is believed that the direct written ones are always easier for them to understand, but it is important to teach the kids some mathematical tricks in order to give their minds the chance to think and try to find answers for the questions they are dealing with. One of those written multiplication questions which we are referring to is the story problems which will at the same time give the child the chance to think in order to come up with an answer at the end (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pWka6dk3b4). There is also the famous number line method which is used with several operations in math and which is one of the easy written methods which they could depend on (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5v0AjM0jcPA).

When it comes to the games and toys, kids could learn multiplication through Lego pieces in several different ways, this could depend on the creativity of the parent and what he/she asks the child to do (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPW1bmLTFdA).

There are lots of ways and methods that a parent could depend on when it comes to homeschooling, it is just important for them to make sure that the kids are getting the whole idea and at the same time enjoying how they are learning it.

Nine times table for the kids:
9 x 1 = 9
9 x 2 = 18
9 x 3 = 27
9 x 4 = 36
9 x 5 = 45
9 x 6 = 54
9 x 7 = 63
9 x 8 = 72
9 x 9 = 81
9 x 10 = 90

Kids could keep going further and keep learning more about the rest of number nine times table, but these are usually the most important which teachers and parents teach the kids when they are giving them the chance to know more about numbers and understand how they are supposed to multiply.

Even though lots of teachers at school and parents at home focus on the idea of giving the kids the chance to understand how multiplication happens in the times tables, they also help them to memorize it in an easy way, but we believe that kids could also learn to get the answer by counting on their fingers without the need to memorize all these different times tables, they should just understand the whole concept.

Multiplication is not as hard as kids believe, but one must learn the right and easy methods which will help him/her to know more about it all. Parents should also depend on their creativity and skills to teach their kids the times tables while homeschooling them without making it look any bit hard.
