Multiplication for Kids - 9 Times Table Trick

Math tricks are the most interesting, they increase the kid's self-confidence and teach them how to handle math and deal with it easily without finding any difficulties. This educational video will help the kid with multiplication when it comes to number 9 times table.
Multiplication starts with the time tables and how multiplying two numbers should happen. The whole idea behind multiplication times table is to let the child focus on one number only and the different results it will bring out when multiplied by every single number out there.
Sometimes memorizing those times tables is the thing kids do after understanding how the number should be brought out in order to become easier for them to recognize it later on, but in some special scenarios, tricks make it all easier without the need for any memorization.
The times table of number 9 has this trick of the hands and fingers. In order to know the answer, the kid will need to spread both hands in front of him/her and spread the fingers. Starting with the smallest number, which is 1, the kid will bend the first finger to find the answer on the rest spread ones. Multiplying 9 by 2 will require the kid to bend the second finger to find the answer divided into two sides, the side before the bent finger is 1 and the side after the bent finger is 8, so the final answer for 9x2=18, and so on.
This is one of the easiest multiplication tricks for kids out there, it needs no pen and paper, it just needs a little bit of concentration and thinking, everything along with the answers are all placed there on the fingers which the child will depend on to give the right answer at the end and know how the times table of number 9 usually works.
On our channel, we have the times tables for all the numbers to help the kids learn how to multiply, not all of them with tricks, but we could still help with that a little bit. You could find the multiplication timetable for number 2 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nAc1YC0sqss), times table for number 3 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77gEdEUShiY), times table of number 4 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ZbNl0RutB0), times table for number 5 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NqlsUhAzHpY), times table of number 6 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GwAN7tYpe4), times table of number 7 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRXskRkWkQ4), times table of number 8 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtPHMGeuj_s), times table of number 9 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4UwqDwZlf8) and finally the times table of number 10 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCM-gRanPq0).
When it comes to the different tricks related to multiplication and times tables then we should mention that in addition to the trick of number 9, there is also the trick of number 3 as well which the kids could definitely depend on to remember the answer for any number that is multiplied by 3 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrEBV-EvnOk).
In order to make it all more interesting for the child, parents should try to get a little bit more creative with the methods they use. We have some lesson ideas here for parents which they could try, such as the times table aerobics (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hICAoEIcLE) or depending on the multiplication table (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKom4XkX7-8).
Multiplication is one of the several mathematical operations that kids learn after learning the numbers and know how to count correctly; they come to learn addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. All of these different mathematical operations could actually be taught to the kids in lots of ways and the more they are changed and become more creative, the more they will end up being more loved for the kids to depend on and learn from.
Multiplication comes with some other words which might be carrying the same meanings, such as "double" which is multiplying any number by 2., there is also the word "square" which is multiplying the number by itself one more time. Kids should learn these different terminologies in order to make it easier for them to solve the different mathematical problems they come across during their learning sessions.
