This video is about the verb "need" used as a main verb and as an auxiliary verb. When this verb is used as a main verb it will need the auxiliary verb of the tense we want to use. If "need" is used as an auxiliary, it will be used only in negative sentences or in questions, and it will not be followed by the preposition "to" but just the base of the verb we want to use. This lesson is for elementary students who wish to study or review English grammar, but also for experienced students who wish to brush up on their grammar skills. This video is in Italian.
