Bulgaria vs Türkiye Highlights Week 1 Women s VNL 2026

underway then with the final game of week one here in brazilia and bulgaria serve on to turkey in the black shirts the first swing comes through the big ranging arms of axoi through the middle that's just the second swing and second time lucky this match you think well you want to end on a win like you never want to leave feeling defeated and again it's an opportunity for both turkey and taking more advantage of it right now with the points in the tournament so far for milanova that's a good aggressive service tight on the net and that's a beautiful swing took it in control and already put up another big block there with uyanic quick reactions from sahin tight at the bottom of the net and then the scramble around from bulgaria they are there you are oh that's a beautiful ace serve forcing in on serve receive with toddler over going on when they serve big aggressive swing through middle that's a beautiful block the slide coming in and that's a nice block from bulgaria this is good quality stuff so far high off the hands nice rally both sides against dominican when they won off now we'll tip in red well set her out oh that's a huge humongous block again on monica from the turkish bloggers immense finish i mean it starts with this pickup just adjusting her feet there as that one comes over her shoulder finally gets it through and there's a three people go for it once big swing out wide coming in and that one has tagged the line that's a beautiful swing it's interesting watching santorelli coach now with this squad as they change taking that set from they're taking the set 25 12 seeing how he has to change he knows what he's not that elite team he's got all these people around him but now he's had to change the way yeah i'll leave you now but here we go ready to go for set two okay serving after that solid first set performance you get the first chance have a swing out wide sign off the hands i mean yeah if we start to see them running some routes doing some you know sneaky stuff maybe some cross plays if they're said who's going to jump set from behind the line there's a lot of potential for this team and especially if they get that winner's mindset that centrality always has as lovely position maybe it's the long parade as well not a bad role model if that's the case is it maybe it's the blocking as well maybe it's a little everything i mean yeah not a bad role model not a bad name to be resting at the moment and watching and enjoying seeing how well they're developing as another absolute monster of a block this is where the maturity the thinking needs to come in football game just to start to shape it especially the middle isn't it situation maybe a push to the center get the opposite out good aggressive work from bouquet that time but they can't put it down yet and then okay perfect example right there from erkek that slice to the three meter line is something you only see in the elite levels moving from sledgehammer to try and get back in position to block erkek knew that she was out of position show you one swing and then the other in the span of two milanova high off the hands oh erkek takes a swing but clover over is there i apologize it's uh the kick with the serve then for the set hands are there on the block caldera reset and recycle this one's tight though out of play and the point goes away for the ladies in black turkey elite by two sets to zero that set done we'll get in the way with set three is a change of ends and a change of fortune for bulgaria well it's an overpass to start with but they can't put it away again great ball in options here with defensive work from liver with that left hand that takes the setter out pumps that ball high the chamber has options to go out wide milanova well she's gone looking for the fingers and she has found them that ball sails out of play that's got to be high priority she's been out there's no chance she's setting that next ball i'm tired from story nova and then shut out that's now double figures and she's five and five massive teams are providing 14 13 that bulgaria is still leading well they might be able to add another one onto this one oh hang on a sec oh hang on a sec it's a win building that momentum looking down oh we've seen how good the passing's been from turkey right the numbers didn't lie we saw that they're getting that ball to the center almost every time okay into the hands another thing is something different this time she takes advantage of the slap shavers forcing some trouble from the service line now as well quiet game by her standards are at home next week heading to thailand and that's a big block this game continues 25 22 how turkey a respond while they respond with a little trickle off the net milanova has a swing the hands move away quickly here i don't think there was a touch there what we saw in the first couple of sets they wanted to be quickly done with every point they need to get back there story nova she said important that third set she's been crucial here and outside with a little tip milanova does get the touch of the hands that one has found the line and that's one of the danger swings that bulgaria needs to be aware about i have to lay that set on the way down just to draw the block and that's a really really useful yeah oh that is a great challenge that's a good look i will not give it high five that swings the score line that could be a difference maker right there still early but with this play in mind nice ball in good luck again the discipline from bulgaria improving each and every point in this game now out wide they can't ground the ball out wide from four story nova into the block free ball opportunity for turkey through the middle oh that shoot set santorelli wants to get involved as well another one that's an overpass that they're just not taking advantage of but she makes up for it straight away i wish it was dangerous because that shoots it looks good timing on the set that's a better ball in for a touch off the block here well that's much better than the ava sees a gap deeper one regardless where it touched the block or not worked so hard to get that two-point lead at 12 10 oh we'll let it slip big block in the end 21 year old yilmaz also in our defensive duties trip is well read now there's opportunity here and they found the touch so then with a swing into the hands another bite of the cherry for bulgaria goes again just going over who finds the block and it is a shutout block and it had to be to get that one and to close it out 25 18 the third set goes in the column for taking you
