Introducing to you first, fighting out of the blue corner, he is wearing the navy trunks,
his official weight of 325.6 pounds, and tonight he is making his Misfits Boxing debut,
hailing from Stoke-on-Trent, England's United Kingdom, introducing The Beast, Eddie!
And his opponent across the ring, fighting out of the red corner,
he is wearing the black and gold, his official weight of 217.5 pounds, he is currently undefeated
with 11 wins, and four of those wins come in by way of knockout, hailing from Manchester,
England's United Kingdom, introducing Tommy TNT!
Watch for the overhand from Eddie, I think it's going to be his biggest weapon in this fight.
In Fury's face from the get-go, Eddie occupying more real estate than a Long Island broker,
Wade. Tommy doing a good job of circling away from what he knows. Ringside here,
Ben Davis alongside BJ Flores and Wade Clemens. BJ, if Eddie connects, it might be lights out.
A lot of pressure here, he's just laying on the right hand, Tommy's moving. Fury,
yet to commit on any forward motion. The Beast advances from The Beast, Eddie Hall,
2017 World's Strongest Man, 500 kilogram deadlift. You can already see in the corner,
those deep breaths are starting for Eddie, he's got to be able to take advantage of these early
rounds, and to do so, he's got to stay aggressive. Eddie Hall commanding the center, look at this,
doing the right thing, he's putting a lot of pressure on Tommy and making his mistakes seem
bigger than they are, because the pressure, good job by Tommy. Fury frames and fires the right to
the midsection, there's a look at it by the Tyson Ringside, as The Beast clobbers him in the clinch.
We haven't seen someone make Tommy Fury move backwards and circular in quite this fashion.
He's loading up on the right side, Tommy sees it, he's moving away from it.
Good close to this round by Tommy Fury. Tommy Fury putting a lot of season into the midsection,
Hall traps him with the right at the center and being the aggressor. He's got to use that left
hook when Tommy's sliding out to that side, instead of just looking for the right hand,
small laceration on the bridge of the nose of The Beast,
game plan with the long straight shots in the hands.
This fight, just a little bit, Eddie needs this one, oh my goodness,
that was right in front of us, and I thought the legs were going to come down. Grand slam effort
from Eddie, rules to his whim, in the final two minutes, his flurries offsetting the precision
from Fury, for more, good, jumping into the pocket, try to throw a spin in her back fist there,
finally anything he can right here, final 10 seconds here boys, one more blast from The Beast
but an impressive final two minutes from TNT BJ. Yeah, he's gonna do some of the replays,
you see Eddie trying to set up that right hand, but he was wide with the shot, he wasn't coming
up the middle way, too wide, Tommy was able to weather the storm in there, a lot of serious power
but Eddie wasn't able to capitalize, land any clean shots, see Tommy let his hands go, escaping
both to the right side and the left side in round six. Yeah, like I said, it was more boxing and
technique from Tommy but there are a couple shots from Eddie that got through throughout the fight,
just it wasn't enough with the volume for me, but again, hell of an effort from Eddie Hall. 100%,
I love what I saw from Eddie Hall, he gave 100%, a lot of people thought they were going to come
in here and go easy and Eddie did anything but that, he was very aggressive and Tommy just
outsmarted him out, boxed him. A return to the ring for the king of crossover boxing,
but a memorable debut effort from The Beast, Eddie Hall, who I would love to see back in this
setting, I think Misfits Boxing will.
Misfits special attraction, at the end of six rounds of boxing, we go to our disowned judges,
the judges, Tony Bellew, Derek Chisora and Chase Damore, score the bout 59-56, 58-56 and 57-57
to Tommy. Now speaking of the fight, right there is a mountain, it's hard to climb,
how did you get it done, talk me through it. Listen, anybody out there who thinks Eddie Hall
is a strong man, can't fight, think again, I fought a lot of people including actual professional
journeymen boxers, this guy can fight, he's not big, he's not slow and he's fit, he's very deceiving,
I will give all credit to Eddie Hall, thank you for taking the fight and thank you for a great
night in Manchester. Eddie, while you're here, talk me through this main event, these people had
your back as well throughout it, it was a tough night, but you showed some sparks in there. Yeah,
I did, you know, Tommy was a really hard guy to catch and I knew that was going to be the case,
I had to have a really good engine just to keep up with his pace and then ultimately,
that's what beat me in the end, just that engine running about, I couldn't catch him
and sorry for the backhand, I've been training MMA for two years, so that backhand came in action,
so hopefully, I get back to MMA now, maybe back in Misfits, but there's another boxing fight,
I'll carry on boxing wherever it is. Talk to me about this event, Eddie, Tommy just said it,
there's nothing like doing it here in Manchester, any words to the people here that came out to
support? Oh, I mean, I've got my family, my friends, I mean, a lot of the fans came out tonight, I just
want to say a massive, massive thank you for everyone that came out, awesome, you know,
brilliant, thank you and big props for Tommy, what's your son's name? Midas. That's right,
so his son's called Midas, my wife was waiting to see the name of that, so there you go, well,
congratulations on your baby boy as well, man, that's awesome, that's the biggest winner this
night. There he is, folks, one more time for Eddie Hall.
