The Swedish Baker Who Beat the French at Croissants

We’re visiting Frost Bageri, an artisan bakery located in Stockholm, Sweden. The bakery is run by Håkan Johansson Frost, one of Sweden’s most respected bakers and the only Scandinavian baker to have won the Bakery World Cup.

In this video, we’re following an early morning inside the bakery, from fresh bread and baguettes to cardamom buns and their own small wheat mill. We also get to try Håkan’s famous croissants, which he competed with when he became world champion in 2014.
