Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal arrived at their team hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, as Roberto Martinez’s side continued their build-up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Ronaldo, Vitinha and Roberto Martinez were shown as the squad reached their base in the United States, with supporters waiting outside the hotel to welcome Portugal.

FPF president Pedro Proenca said Portugal have a great deal of ambition, praised the shape of the squad and described Ronaldo as calm, at peace and a role model for the team.

Portugal begin their Group K campaign against DR Congo in Houston on 17 June, before also facing Uzbekistan and Colombia.
