When these cables get stuck, pinched, or compressed, you feel numbness, tingling, or even pain. ? They need to slide and glide through tissues smoothly and that is what this technique is about....this is called nerve flossing.
This is a gentle movement technique that helps these nerves glide smoothly through the muscles and joints relieving you from your symptoms. The more irritated your nerve, the more you need to do it gently.
