A Day In The Life Of A Pick Me Girl

The first thing I do in the morning is wake up, and yes, this is what I look like waking up, girls. Don't be jealous. After I wake up, I like to do a little bit of reading. Right now, I'm reading my favorite book ever. It's called Why Am I Every Boy's Type and Why Is Every Girl Jealous of Me. I don't think everyone gets it, but for people like me who live through these kind of struggles every day, it's really relatable. You're right. All boys are in love with me. Yes, I am prettier than his girlfriend. After reading, I grab my phone and check the boys' group chat. There's nobody funnier than the boys. I was literally laughing so hard. People always ask me why I get along better with boys than with girls, and honestly, this is why. Like, the boys are so hilarious. Then I send them my daily good morning snap because I know the boys are probably awake by now, and I don't want to sound full of myself, but I know they really appreciate me doing this. I mean, if I woke up to my best friend looking this pretty first thing in the morning, I'd appreciate it too. I always send them the most natural selfies. No makeup, no filters. Just to remind them that girls can actually wake up looking this good without spending three hours getting ready. Then I send them my good morning video. I do this every day because honestly, I don't think the boys can properly start their day without it. It's just one of those little things they look forward to every day. I just wanted to let you know that you guys are the bestest, bestest, bestest boy best friends that I could ever wish for, and I love you, okay? Bye, guys. After all this hard work, I finally get up and head to the bathroom. I looked at the shower for a second, but honestly, I really didn't feel like taking a shower. I don't really see the point because the boys don't shower at all, and I'm one of the boys, so I don't really feel like I need to do all that. It just feels really girly and extra to me, and I don't want to use all these pink soaps and scrubs. It just feels ridiculous. So I just went back to my room to get ready, and by getting ready, I only mean putting on a little bit of skincare because I do not wear makeup. I just genuinely do not have the time for that, and I don't understand how girls do this on a daily basis. The first thing I'm using is tinted sunscreen. A lot of people mistake it for foundation, but it's literally not. It's just sunscreen, and I'm just protecting my skin. I have some other products that I use, but I'm not going to show you in detail because it's none of your business. My whole routine literally only takes 20 seconds. Like, there's not a single girl in the world who gets ready faster than me, and the only makeup product I use is mascara, okay? Because yes, sometimes I do want to show off my beautiful natural lashes, and that is the finished look. Then it's time to get dressed. First, I put on these cute blue jeans, and I wanted to wear something simple, so I decided to wear my boy best friend Jaden's t-shirt. Well, technically, he gave it to his girlfriend, but she left it in the changing room after PE class, and I found it, and then I just took it. The shirt says, I love my girlfriend, which is cute, but I decided to make it a little funnier, so I covered that part with a piece of paper that says, Jaden loves Kyla. I mean, it's like obviously a joke. I don't even like him like that. I just think it's really funny, and OMG, the shirt is literally so huge on me. Like, I look so tiny. Then I take a selfie and send it to Jaden because I know he's gonna think this is hilarious. Then I send one to his girlfriend just to tease her a little bit because I know she literally can't take a joke. I just don't think she's the right girl for him, but that's just my personal opinion. Now it's finally time for breakfast. I only eat healthy foods, so I'm having cherries today. Well, technically, I'm having parts of a cherry. I like to cut it up into little pieces because that way it's easier for me to eat. Also, I couldn't decide which fork to use. The big fork was honestly so heavy, so I chose the tiny one. Then I finally took a bite of my cherry, and I was immediately full. I had one bite, and I was already done. I think since I'm a really tiny person, my stomach is also really tiny, so I packed the rest of the cherry away so I can eat it later for dinner. After breakfast, it was time for my favorite part of the day, which is... Give me time. Hey, boys. Oh my god, I missed you guys. Jaden, you're only winning because I'm here. I'm like your lucky charm. Wait, Jaden, look at me. I'm literally wearing your t-shirt right now. Yeah, I changed the words. It literally says Jaden loves Kyla. Why did I do that? It's literally just a joke. You know we're bros. I don't like you like that. I was just kidding. Don't be weird. Yeah, I know this is your girlfriend's shirt. Like, it looks better on me though. Like, don't you see how small I look in your shirt? It's, like, super cute. Okay, fine. I'll give it back to you. Guys, you know what's so funny? I'm, like, the only girl you know that's a gamer. You know, like, other girls that really love makeup and shopping, but I'm just, like, not like them, you know? I just love gaming and hanging with the boys. I know. I'm, like, really different. Guys, you know I always play as a male character in this video game because the women in this game wear so much makeup, and, like, I literally could never. Like, that's why I always play as a guy. Like, every time I talk to them, I just end up laughing so hard that my stomach hurts. And believe it or not, we literally game for eight hours straight. I feel like time just flies when I'm talking to them. And after that, it was bedtime, and every night, me and the boys FaceTime before bed. It's, like, the best part of my day.
